How We Use Your Info

Pretty simple, really. We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry, schedule meetings, send project updates, and occasionally share our portfolio or sustainability insights if you've expressed interest. We won't spam you with newsletters unless you specifically ask for them.

Your project details help us understand what you're after so we can create designs that actually match your vision. We don't share these with anyone outside our team unless it's necessary for the project (like contractors or engineers you've approved).

Keeping Things Secure

We store your information on secure servers and limit access to team members who actually need it for your project. Our digital files are encrypted, and we regularly update our security protocols. We're based in Canada, so we follow PIPEDA guidelines and take data protection seriously.

That said, no system's perfect - but we do our best to keep everything locked down tight.

Your Rights

It's your data. You can ask us to see what we have on file, request corrections, or tell us to delete everything (though we might need to keep some records for legal or accounting purposes). Just reach out and we'll sort it out.

If you've signed a contract with us, some information needs to stick around for project documentation and legal reasons - but we're happy to explain what and why.
